Pisa is known all over the world for its World Heritage site, the Piazza dei Miracoli, with its Leaning Tower, the mediaeval cathedral (il Duomo), the Baptistry and the cemetery.

Pisa has much more: the walls of the city which surround the historic centre, with the River Arno passing through, the bridges, the riverside avenue – Lungarno Mediceo, the Medici Palaces, the Palazzo dell’Orologio, the National Museum of San Matteo and the churches make Pisa one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
