In Tuscany, Relais VIlla Acquaviva is an old, country manor house situated in the heart of Maremma, just a few kilometres away from the hot springs of Saturnia. The estate’s vineyards and olive trees surround the late 19th century Villa and Cottages, with their 25 rooms.

Relais Villa Acquaviva has a tennis court, a swimming pool with whirlpool bath, a relaxation/massage lounge and a vast park, full of century-old trees.

In the heart of the park right in front of the swimming pool, in a position that offers a panoramic view, “La Limonaia di Villa Acquaviva” restaurant offers the possibility of trying out genuine, regional specialities. Here you can taste typical recipes prepared with ingredients produced on our farm; in order to guarantee that all the products of the Limonaia’s dishes are fresh, our menu varies according to the season.

At the Acquaviva Wine Bar, you can taste the DOC wines produced on the farm’s extensive vineyards (Nero and Bracaleta, Morellino di Scansano and the various Bianco di Pitigliano white wines), our extra virgin olive oil, and a variety of jams and honey. Acquaviva’s unique location is an ideal starting point for pleasant drives, either towards the sea and the wonderful shores of the Argentario promontory, or else inland to discover historical and cultural itineraries, passing through the Etruscan and Roman remains still to be found in the nearby villages.

Acquaviva has made a new and exclusive agreement with the Spa of Saturnia. A Privilege Card is available for our guests, that grants them the possibility of enjoying a special package price for use of the swimming pools and the Wellness Centre, consisting of private entrance, reserved areas in the park, sauna, Turkish bath, swimming set and other services. Our guests are also granted special rates for the golf course.
