The buildings forming Ripa Relais have been inspired by the main architectural styles of ancient umbrian country houses.
The 16 rooms are diversely set up in:
"Casale" (air conditioned standard double rooms),
"Casale Confort" (air conditioned double rooms, larger and better arranged),
"Loggia" (air conditioned ‘superior’ rooms with four poster bed),
"Pergola" (air conditioned suite with independent entrance, four poster bed, hydro-massage bath and small sitting room),
"Roseto" (large air conditioned suite with independent entrance, private front veranda, four poster bed, hydro-massage bath and sitting room),
"Torre" (air conditioned suite on two floors, wooden mezzanine, four poster bed and small sitting room).
All with television, frigobar, cable radio, direct telephone line, hair-dryer, courtesy set, automatic alarm, 220V.
Furnishing the entire structure has been tastefully researched and well-restored: the furniture are hand-made and unique and render the atmosphere warm and welcoming together, the wooden beams are a characteristic of the property as are the drapings around the fairytale four poster beds (all in wrought iron) and the bed covers fruit of the embroidery art worked on famous umbrian cloth from Montefalco which has been passed down over the centuries from mother to daughter.
