The Suites

There is no lack of space at Santa Maria degli Ancillotti.

Originally planned as apartments, the spaces are now occupied by suites which are furnished in a traditional rustic Umbrian style and which comprise a double room with double bed or two twin beds depending on your requirements, and a spacious wardrobe.

The living room is large and bright with a sofa which quickly transforms into two single beds. The bathroom has a shower.

The suites provide all modern comforts including individually controlled air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, direct line telephone, free mini-bar, safe, kettle and hairdryer, beach towel for the swimming pool, and an external area with table and chairs.

Services

It is our attention to the needs and wishes of our guests which sets this hotel apart. Santa Maria degli Ancillotti provides all its guests with parking, bicycles to explore the surrounding countryside, and relaxing swimming pool area complete with sun loungers and parasols in sufficient numbers for all guests.

Try waking up to a home-made breakfast served on the patio or tasting a vintage wine while the sun sets or while checking your email, spending the evening having a barbecue around the Roman well, or at its exceptional restaurant which is open in the evenings with every small detail attended to by the Villa family.

If you need information on timetables, a pick-up from the airport or train station, a relaxing massage, car hire, or horse riding, the whole staff is available to help you and to make your stay exceed your highest expectations.

Two-room apartments

The 2 two-room apartments can host up to a maximum of three people and a located on the ground floor with direct access to the outside, and offer a comfortable double room with double bed or two twin beds depending on your requirements. The spacious wardrobe is adequate even for those who don’t like to travel light.

The living room has a kitchen area complete with oven and large fridge, and it is also possible to host a third guest on the folding bed in this area.

The bathroom has a shower, and every apartment has a furnished outdoor area with table and chairs in order to make the most of good weather.

The two-room apartments are the best solution for couples with a child or for three friends who want to share the same accommodation.

Three-room apartments

The 3 three-room apartments can host up to a maximum of 5 people between the two double rooms with either a double bed or twin beds depending on your requirements, and a folding bed in the living room. The rooms are furnished with spacious wardrobes.

One of the apartments is located on the ground floor and the other two can be found on the first floor. All three apartments have a large living room with kitchen area complete with oven and large fridge.

In order to give maximum comfort to guests, there are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath, and also an external area furnished with table and chairs.

Services

The apartments are self-catering and offer every comfort: individually controlled air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, safe, hairdryer, free broadband internet access (cable provided).

On arrival, guests will find the beds made and bathroom towels available, a complete set of utensils, dishes and kitchen linen as well as our welcome pack.

The swimming pool, surrounded by soft grass and and olive trees, is fully furnished with a gazebo and sufficient sun loungers for all guests, and is fenced to allow children to wander freely.

Internal parking is available for holidaymakers, who can also dine at the Santa Maria degli Ancillotti restaurant. Reservations required.
